Friends of Mt. Rubidoux offers an educational program describing the history, natural resources, and recreational possibilities of Mt. Rubidoux Park.
Speakers are available for Elementary school classes studying local history. A PowerPoint lesson can be presented at the school. Each student receives a Friends of Mt. Rubidoux educational coloring book. Occasionally, schools organize and staff a field trip to Mt. Rubidoux Park to complete the lesson. Friends of Mt. Rubidoux occasionally helps to pay for school bus transportation for these field trips.
